  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
